I appreciate the fact that the salon has downsized, but I find it difficult to wait in line to wash my hands when I am having a manicure. There should be a separate basin that we could use. I love having my manicure done by Theresa. The environment is no longer as relaxing as it used to be.
Jamie was amazing with her massage. She is pleasant to speak with, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers.
